1700 step per day reduces the risk of death

Prof. Dr. German said Ingo Frobozh that the walking 1,700 steps a day, the equivalent of at least ten minutes, reduce the risk of death by 12%, pointing to the possibility of reducing the risk by up to 20% when walking three thousand steps a day.
The Frobozh based on talking to the results of a recent study conducted by the health center of the Sports University in Cologne, Germany, explaining that it proved that the attendance to engage in any physical activity daily prolong human life and raise the quality of life in general.
He attributed the main reason for the absence of physical activity prevailing on the nature of the current era that requires us to sit for long periods, as it gets in the car while on the move or in the office during working hours, or in front of the TV at home.
He Frobozh that many have learned and gained an unhealthy lifestyle which will lead to disease with the passage of time, due to an increase comfort in the present age and the lack of time, and in spite of that we can all benefit ourselves dramatically under these conditions through the effort just simple.
He cites as an example that can get rid of the control of modern amenities and the inclusion of some motor activities day by taking the stairs instead of using the elevator, or by the use of the bike instead of the car.
